Fuel System Design Engineer

Responsibilities will include automotive fuel system design, new and/or existing component design, modification, mass production/prototype parts analysis, component quality/cost/weight control, supplier management and mass production support for assigned fuel system components. Candidate will be responsible for component development plans, schedules, and coordination of supporting activity with related departments, vendors and factories.
Candidate will also research and develop new and innovative cost competitive technologies, create designs and drawings (3D/2D) and mature specifications to create functional prototypes. This will include acting as an individual contributor for assigned parts from initial concept through final production part validation and release to customers. Candidates will be expected to be perform tasks within a defined schedule and must exercise independent judgment, problem solving and decision making as well as maintaining accuracy, quality, efficiency and compliance with applicable policies, procedures and regulations.
Additional responsibilities include feasibility/packaging investigations, simulation, marketability analysis, cost calculation and emerging technology research.
BSME and a minimum of 1 year experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Background should include experience with drafting, CAD software, CATIA is preferred, simulation, vendor support/negotiation and manufacturing support. Proficient PC skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.) and excellent communication/interpersonal skills required. Ability to travel occasionally and work overtime as needed is required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
