Infotainment Software And Network Development Engineer

This position will focus on the development of infotainment software development with a focus on head unit software.
Ability to collect and understand functional (hardware, software & communication( requirements for infotainment system components. Ability to interact and lead partner software integration companies to architect and manage the software to maturation. Develop, write and issue specifications and requirements for the system components. Develop simulation models to allow a virtualized testing environment model. Support maturation and testing to cover different configuration of software to ensure all variations work correctly. Minimum of a basic understanding in Android OS environment. Support development and coordination of software functions to meet market requirements/demands of the IVI system. Develop software for infotainment system components. Coordinate change points with suppliers to achieve the development requirements on schedule. Support vehicle testing (software and functional) to guarantee product acceptance for mass production. Analyzes/interprets test results, predicting performance/failure and providing required required product/design data, communicating test results clearly in written reports/formal presentations and making general recommendations based on analysis of testing results. Write all necessary reports, presentations or technical documents to explain and/or make a record of the development activities. Candidate should have working knowledge in requirements management and change management using DOORs or similar requirement management tool. Capability to troubleshoot technical issues, including complex timing interactions between units for communication as well as power management sequence diagrams and logic. Working level knowledge of Automotive communication protocols preferred. Example include: CAN, MOST, LIN, USB, HDMI and RS485.
BS Degree in computer science. 1-3 years of related experience in software development may be substituted for required degree. Candidate should have experience in software and automotive infotainment (IVI) system development. Proficient PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other technical software). Knowledge of MatLab or Labview would be a plus. Familiarity with Atlassian Tools (Confluence, Jira, Bamboo and Stash) preferred. Ideal candidate should have strong experience and interest in one of the following three areas: Software Development, Network Communication, or QA (Quality Assurance)/Validation. As there will be interaction with international staff, the candidate should have a diverse cultural understanding and exposure, with the ability to alter communication methods to effectively transmit technical concepts to necessary audiences. Ability to travel and work overtime may be required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
