Lighting Design Engineer

Responsibilities include creating 3D designs and 2D layouts of automotive exterior and interior lighting from initial concept through mass production. Candidate will be responsible for detailed component calculations, investigating ways to reduce component cost and weight, and conducting feasibility for packaging of electrical lighting components throughout the vehicle. Additional responsibilities will include managing development projects and coordinating with other departments, suppliers, and manufacturing facilities. Candidate to be self-motivated to keep their own schedule along with parallel activities to a project teams development. Additional responsibilities will include traveling to manufacturing plants and suppliers to resolve design concerns as well as verifying quality assurance.
BSME or BSEE and a minimum of 1 year experience desired or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Interest in the automotive field and experience in the use of computer aided software, electronic measuring equipment, and minimal electrical troubleshooting experience desired. Proficient PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other technical software) and excellent communication/interpersonal skills required. Ability to travel and work overtime may be required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
