Processing Supervisor
Supervise the day-to-day activities of the workforce in our liquid
egg processing facility. Provide direct supervision of line leads
and all other processing line employees during scheduled shifts.
Ensure that equipment and machinery is sanitary, calibrated
and functioning properly. Develop work schedules, monitor
liquid egg inventory and rotation, and train employees on
work methods and Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.s).
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years in
a supervisory capacity in a food processing environment.
Bachelor or Associate degree preferred, but will accept
equivalent experience.

Processing Maintenance Technician
Perform intermediate level preventive maintenance and repair
of automated egg processing equipment and machinery.
Perform preventive maintenance on processing equipment
such as inspecting motors, bearings, belts, fluid levels, and
replacing filters. Inspect, operate, and test machinery and
systems to diagnose machine malfunctions. Other maintenance
tasks include welding and fabrication, plumbing, electrical
wiring, hook-up and installation of equipment and systems,
and calibration of process controllers and recorders. Successful
candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of work experience
in an industrial setting, with strong preventive maintenance
knowledge as well as mechanical, welding, plumbing, and
electrical experience.

Production Maintenance Technician
Maintain egg production equipment in a combined agricultural
and food processing environment. Perform general maintenance
tasks, including installation of new equipment and parts, repair
and replacement of small motors, repair and replacement of
conveyor belts, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting of
electrical equipment and computer control devices, welding,
and monitoring of automated environmental computer and
controls. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years
of work experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial
setting with solid mechanical aptitude, preventive maintenance
knowledge; mechanical, welding, and electrical experience;
basic math skills; basic computer skills; and the ability to learn
about electrical and electronic systems.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
