Compensation Coordinator

Individual will be responsible for management of compensation processes to support the operations of HRA. Completion of new hire compensation proposals, support merit/bonus program from standpoint of compensation calculations, administration and support of Honda guidelines in the area of salary and total compensation.
Support through SAP system management of compensation processes and other tasks as required ensuring competitive nature of HRA. Complete annual compensation surveys and participate in specialized survey research to support unique needs of organization.
Candidate should have strong statistical analysis capability and ability to present this information in various formats as needed for corporate decision-making.
Partner with other corporate areas (example: IS) to establish visualization of HR data to support all levels of leadership.
Perform FLSA compliance/reclassification, and as needed support in policy development and training material.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. SHRM-CP or PHR preferred. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of compensation and general business practice and the ability to create visual presentations to support the advancement of business concepts to all levels of the organization is required. Proficient/knowledge with SAP systems and other unique compensation programs (Payscale, etc.) is desired. Ability to work independently and create new concepts and practices based on a continually changing business environment, flexible and proactive work in areas of responsibility and proficient PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other technical software) and Strong attention to detail, time management, verbal and written communication skills are also required. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
