Job Description:
Job Title: Design Engineer - Product
Job Location: Raymond, OH
Duration: Full time Permanent / Contract
1. Creating updatable 3D models on CATIA V5 software using GSD workbench.
2. 2D/3D annotations and drawing creation and editing using Functional Tolerancing & Annotation (FTA) .
3. Part Surrounding layout including 2D section/ 3D section creation for packaging and clearance.
4. Knowledge of stamping formability / Injection molding preferred.
5. Hands on design knowledge body parts such as Under body, floor and Cowl Assembly.
6. Basic design requirements on weld flatness for 2 sheet and 3 sheet weld.
7. Creating on BeadEmboss.
8. Draft Analysis for Plastic parts.
9. Basic GD&T and Tolerance stack up Analysis will be added advantage.
