Their skill and ingenuity have made Weyerhaeuser one of the leaders in timberland management, and manufacturing and distribution of wood products in the world.

Weyerhaeuser's Raymond Lumber mill is seeking qualified Journey level Industrial Millwrights.

Raymond is a small town in western Washington's Willapa Valley; its economy is based primarily on logging and fishing industries. Located on the Willapa Bay (the second largest estuary on the US Pacific coast), it is a prime destination for outdoor activities, such as hunting, fishing, clam digging, hiking and boating. The bay is home to the Oyster Capital of the World (approximately 9% of all oysters in the US are grown here).

The Raymond facility, part of Weyerhaeuser's Western Lumber mill set, consists of log yard, sawmill, dry kilns, planer and shipping operations. The mill currently manufactures kiln dried Hemlock and Doug Fir lumber products in support of the business's strategic plan.

This is a full-time hourly position, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. Rate of pay is $23.61/hour. Hourly production and maintenance employees at the facility are represented by the IAM-AW Union.
