HCLTech is looking to hire a CATIA V5 / CATIA V6 (3DExperience) Support in Raymond/Dayton, OH.
Description:
CATIA V5 / CATIA V6 (3DExperience) design experienced Supporting business users from CATIA V5/V6 issues and providing work-around To determine and document possible cause of the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms To create and implement processes and to perform Knowledge transition of the same.
To identify opportunities for automation and implement the same to improve the efficiency To Interact with customers for ticket clarification and providing resolution.
To troubleshoot issues or offer alternative solutions for tickets raised by client Experience with Web services development (GRPC, REST) Strong in Object Oriented Programming, MVC, Design patterns and SOLID principles Job Type:
Full-time Salary:
