Other duties will include monitoring inventory control processes and receiving for the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
Assist in budget creation and budget performance tracking Assist Department manager and Group Leaders in general administrative capacity Responsible for maintenance of records and tracking Responsible for creating, assigning and processing work orders Enter daily material order forms for material pulled from warehouse or ordered from the vendor for jobs Helpline Support and maintaining multiline phone system
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required 1 - 3 years' experience in Administrative functions SAP work order experience is required Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc Basic administrative, office and organizational skills are required Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skill Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Job Type:
