At Honda, our associates take pride in their responsibilities. A typical day for a HR Business Partner will include:
Acting as subject matter expert in Human Resource initiatives, including performance management, organizational structure, and succession planning Supporting associates with overall policy management, including revisions, communication, and interpretation Partnering with departments regarding implementation and reporting of business plan themes or initiatives that create associate impacts Collecting and analyzing Human Resource data to identify trends and establish action plans to execute the company vision Communicating company initiatives and projects to associates and management at every level Providing support and resources to drive the development of current and future members of the Honda leadership team Coordinating with Leave Administrator regarding policy adherence of associates' FMLA, Worker's Comp, and other leaves of absence Conducting exit interviews for exempt and non-exempt associates and utilize feedback to understand trends to drive improvements across the organization Acting as Project Lead and Project Support for company initiatives Managing and supporting associate internal movement process, including evaluation of documentation, and ensuring alignment with company policies, budgets, etc. Supporting legal team with court hearings and depositions We are looking for qualified people with diverse backgrounds and experiences, open minds, and a disciplined work ethic. To bring the future to Honda as a Systems Engineer you must have:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, management, psychology, or other related field, SHRM-CP certified desired, but not required Six (6) years of equivalent, related job experience Working knowledge of Kronos, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PeopleSoft Good analytical and presentation skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Strong project management skills Excellent customer service skills
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
